Data Deletion Instructions

Zesta respects your privacy and gives you the right to request the deletion of your personal data.

Option 1: Disconnect through the Zesta Admin Portal

  1. Log in to your Zesta Admin Portal at admin.zesta.id
  2. Navigate to the Channels section
  3. Click Disconnect or Delete next to the connected channel

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to info@assist.id with subject "Data Deletion Request" and your account details. We will process within 3-5 business days.
