Data Deletion Instructions
Zesta respects your privacy and gives you the right to request the deletion of your personal data.
Option 1: Disconnect through the Zesta Admin Portal
- Log in to your Zesta Admin Portal at admin.zesta.id
- Navigate to the Channels section
- Click Disconnect or Delete next to the connected channel
Option 2: Request via Email
Send an email to info@assist.id with subject "Data Deletion Request" and your account details. We will process within 3-5 business days.
